Description
The Equipment is equipped in the conveying system of the packaging line, which can provide vertical strapping, automatically complete a series of strapping processes including strapping, strapping, tightening, buckling and arrow strapping, and the interface is located on the side of the goods . At the same time, the whole machine can be moved according to the different strapping positions and numbers of the customers.
The Machine consists of the following parts:
- Strong and durable structural frame
- The strapping head model is LN-250, which can provide reliable tension and stable interface strength. The modular design allows for quick replacement.
- The motor + gear rack structure drives the press plate frame to move up and down
- The whole machine moves with synchronous belt through a single motor
- The machine head is firmly placed in the machine head seat and moves with the press plate frame
- The strapping head can be repaired offline or on-site, and it is very convenient to replace worn parts and spare parts
- The strapping belt passes along the cargo through the floating device of the strapping machine head to provide balanced tension around the cargo.
- The retractable strapping slot system with segmented flaps ensures smooth strapping and fast strapping
- With arrow-threading mechanism to pass through the gap of the tray
- The arrow-piercing belt has double-sided photoelectric detection to see if there is any blockage in the gap of the tray
- Automatic detection according to the different heights of incoming goods
- The main control system is placed on the frame column of the fuselage
- The operation box with human-machine interface touch screen can be independently placed according to site requirements
- The purely mechanical strapping reel with strapping storage can store the excess strapping during tightening and can be equipped with 20-75kg strapping
